Every morning before I go to work, I start my car a couple of minutes early. I do this during the summer months, so my vehicle has time to cool off before I get inside to drive to work. Monday was going to be a scorcher. I forgot to turn on the car early. I got sidetracked with the kids and didn’t remember to turn on the car until I was getting ready to leave the house. By then it was already too late. It took 15 minutes for the car to cool down. I was sweating before the air conditioner even came on. I was hot and miserable by the time I arrived at the office. To make matters even worse, there was a problem with the AC in the Albuquerque office. I knew something was wrong as soon as I walked into the office building. I asked my friend Mario what was going on and he told me that the office air conditioner wasn’t working. The office manager already contacted someone to fix the AC, but it was likely that we were not going to start working until after the AC issues were fixed. We at least had to wait until the repair service arrived just in case they needed us to clear the room so they could access the ductwork. When the Albuquerque AC repair service arrived, we found out that they did not need to access the room where we were working. When the boss heard that, he told us all to sit down and get started on the work for the day. It took two hours for the commercial HVAC repair service to finally fix the problems with the AC.
