We stayed at the Cocoa, Florida beach house for a whole week
Every year my family goes on a summer vacation together. We have had this tradition since my sister and I were younger. Everyone in our family used to get together and go to the lake for a week. It was a lot of fun and we had a great time hanging out with our cousins. We had kayaks and canoes and we spent a lot of time on the water. We had fishing poles and rafts and lots of different activities to keep us busy. My parents usually stayed at the house drinking wine and playing cards. There were a couple of times when we went somewhere other than the lake. One year we went to stay at a beach house in Cocoa, Florida. The beach house looked like a movie star home. It had a tennis court in the backyard and a small putting range. I don’t know how my folks could afford the mansion. The place had seven bedrooms. The Cocoa, Florida beach house had an AC unit in every single room of the house. My sister and I had our own bedroom and each one of us had a separate thermostat to control the AC. We stayed at the Cocoa, Florida beach house for a whole week. I remember having a lot of fun that summer. I went to the beach every single day and I made some friends that I have known for years. My family and I have gone on a lot of memorable trips, but the trip to Cocoa, Florida was definitely one of my all-time favorites.
