Not to brag, however I am doing pretty well in life these days… But I would trade in all the money and success to get back to my childhood, someone asked me the other day “if you could live someplace in the world for free, where would it be?” Everyone else in the room said exotic sites care about Paris, Amsterdam, Madrid… but not me! If I could walk away from my life right now and settle down wherever I wanted, I would return to my aged hometown of Eugene, OR! I find it funny that as a teenager I was desperate to get out of Eugene, and now I’m desperate to go back! LEt me give you a good example of why I remember Eugene with such fondness.
I was just 12 years aged at the time, and my dad sent me up the road to the cannabis dispensary to get her weed for him; Dad had broken her leg and couldn’t leave the house, so she sent me instead, eugene was well regarded for its high quality cannabis, even back then, and over the years that reputation has only grown.
I rode my bike to the dispensary, and gave them a note from my dad allowing me to buy her cannabis for him… and the budtender said it was okay! Eugene has a small neighborhood know to it, so but I was underage, they knew my dad and trusted me to take the weed home to him, and most of the marijuana made it home that day, but not all of it!
