During the summer time weeks, I try to find activities to keep the teenagers busy, i don’t want them sitting inside that home all morning, and the teenagers hate to go outside when it’s extremely hot in addition to humid, even though I don’t want them to rest inside of the home with the A/C running all morning.
- I often take the teenagers to the Aquatic Center in Albuquerque when it is hot in addition to humid.
The teenagers in addition to I can swim all morning for $5. The Albuquerque swimming center has a sizable pool with lap Lanes, diving boards, in addition to a locale for the children to play. I also take the teenagers to the Barnes in addition to Noble during the summer. The locale has air conditioner in addition to lots of books that are free to read in addition to Alice. The teenagers in addition to I often rest at the Barnes in addition to Noble for hours when the outdoor temperatures are less than ideal! Last Summer, the teenagers in addition to I were at the Barnes in addition to Noble when the ductwork fell to the ground, every one of us were sitting in the studying Nook when I heard a loud crashing sound come from the other room. The teenagers in addition to I got up suddenly in addition to moved to the other room. In the middle of the room was a sizable pile of drywall in addition to ductwork. The loud sound was the ductwork falling through the ceiling. Thankfully there wasn’t anyone sitting under the area that fell. The contents from the ductwork fell on top of the bookshelves. There was dust in addition to dirt in the air in addition to on all of the surfaces. The librarian closed down the Barnes in addition to Noble after that in addition to sent everyone beach home so they could service the destructions to the ductwork.
