When I moved to Florida while in our early childhood, I had to get used to the overheated summers whether I liked them or not. My friends wanted to play outdoors in August regardless of the temperatures or daylight intensity. By the time I got to high university, I was used to the serious heat plus the lack of real seasons throughout the year. However, I lived in a recognizably unforgiving climate in the suburbs of Orlando. The two of us were far from the ocean plus all of the swamps plus trees retained the summer’s heat well into the night hours. It was irritated, however it’s all I knew at the time. When I moved to Cocoa, Florida for a job last year, I was amazed at this gorgeous city. My condo is within a block from the Indian River, plus the bridge takes you over the river plus onto the big key that contains the Kennedy Space Center. Another bridge across Banana River takes you to the Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. I decided to spend our time at Kennedy Space Center 1 day while in a nasty summer time heat wave that affected Cocoa plus the surrounding area. There are a lot of indoor attractions at the Space Center plus their air conditioner is recognizably cold compared to museums plus stores on Merritt Island. Once the weather improves plus I’m no longer a slave to air conditioner, I would savor to rent a kayak plus explore the Ulumay Wildlife Sanctuary via Sykes Creek. There are so various amazing venues to visit near Cocoa, FL regardless of the season plus the temperatures outside.
